San Juan Pools - Caesars pools at 15320 Three Oaks Road, Three Oaks, Michigan.

Called them over the winter to service my hot tub. Never got a call back. Clearly they were closed but message didn't say that. A month later they called back to say they open for the season in April. They took our name and number and said they would call in April and we would be one of the first they get to. No call came. We called in May and they could fit us in 3 weeks later. The service guy came and was horrible and unfriendly. We had never owned a hot tub. He was totally unhelpful in providing info and how to use it or care for it, etc. We will never use them again. Maybe they are good at installing pools and hot tubs. Service is not their game. Don't bother.
